Moving On Up

To the 4th floor in Pediatrics! Robbie still needs about 2 1/2 weeks in the hospital to complete his 6 week antibiotic treatment and to care for his hip and open wound BUT he doesn't need intensive care anymore...thank God! We are one step closer to going home.

My wonderful sister dropped everything and came in town Wednesday night to help us move to pediatrics and stay in the hospital with me for a week. She got a crash course in Robbie's care. Pediatrics is so cute! There's a lot of color, we have our own private room with a bed for me to sleep in, a private bathroom and windows. There's no constant beeping and babies crying, except for Robbie of course. The only thing that we will miss about the NICU are the nurses. Those women are amazing! The love and care they gave Robbie and the support they offered Joel and I will forever be remembered. They all have a very special place in our heart.

Here are a few pictures of our new digs...

 Welcome to Room 459

Robbie seems to like it here!

Countdown to the end of antibiotics (hopefully)!

SUN!
